In realizing our strength, expertise and well established networks; all of us believes we will be more professionally acute and more efficient in recycling waste for our Government Agencies in Malaysia.
The company's vision is to be more dynamic in recycling indsutry as one stop waste management for all level's of waste generator to attract more confident from business partners.

How It Works

#1 INCOMING

All in-coming IC tray collecting from each company waiting for segregation.
This segregation base on Manufacturing from, Temperature and Type of Materials.

#2 WARPING AND SR CHECK

Warping check done by Technician 100% by using the Go and No Go jig.
Additional on SR check by sampling.

#3 WASHING PROCESS BY MACHINE

All tray will go through 100% in Auto washing machine by using the DI water.
This to ensure the tray complete clean before send next process.

#4 INSPECTION AFTER WASHING PROCESS

All IC tray will go the inspection 100% after the washing process.
This to ensure completely clean after this washing.
Inspection are carry out under 10X magnifying-glass.

#5 ACCEPTED TRAY FINAL LABELING

All accepted tray will go for paste the labeling.
This label will each status the Recycle Company Name, Tray Name, Customer Name, Lot Number, Quantity and QA Accepted Stamp.

#6 OQC (OUT-GOING INSPECTION)

QC will perform the Out-Going inspetion base AQL level.
This to ensure the meet the customer requirement and zero defect and user.

#7 FINISH GOOD AND STORAGES

All accepted tray will transfer to safe room.
This tray will waiting for shipment to the customer.
